SCC- Anything goes!

It's time for a new challenge, and this one is dead easy, cos
Anything Goes!!
Yes, it's the 21st of the month, so it's our Anything Goes challenge, do whatever you like, just remember to use a SBS image on your project.

Things were made a little more difficult for the SCC DT, we  all have the same image to work with, the adorable Miss Betty Burton.  What better way to show the versatility of an image, than to get the whole DT to create with her.

Here is my card.

I wanted to keep things fairly simple because I love this image.
I have used the 'Florish' stamp by Kaisercraft which is a bargin at £2.99!!  The sentiment is from a pack by Whimsy Stamps.  It sums what what Betty and SBS mean to me.  How can you not be inspired by such fabulous images and great people.
I kept the colours to the classic black and white and then used my new favourite copic colour, Peony.
It is such a rich, lush, colour.  I used it to make the mounting layers and also used it to match up some seam binding.

I am also going to revisit a card I did a few months ago using this image along with Miss Rio Burton.

Betty is doing another amazing offer this weekend.

  • yeahhh.....here's the coupon! LOL

So why not stop by the shop and treat yourself..... hey if you are here in the UK the kids have now broken up from school and I am sure you need a little something to make the stress of having them at home all the time a little easier!!!

The gorgeous Rio of Mommy's little-crafter in crime is re- releasing the super gorgeous 'Rio's' digis.  Why not treat yourself to some of them to enter this challenge??
Remember anything goes as long as SBS are used there somewhere.
Anyway, why would you want to use anything else......

    SBS are the BEST!!

Check out the main challenge blog to see what my beautiful teamies have made for your inspiration.

Can't wait to see what you do!

    Hugs Trudie xx

  1. Your card (and the old one too) looks awesome! I love the reverse in colors on her dress as I usually tend to go for darker on the outer layer but I LUV the white! Looks fabulous! *Hugs
