Guest Designer for Simply B Stamps Valentine Steampunks

So here we are at day 2 of the Teen Scene Valentine Steampunk collection already from Simply B Stamps.  And who could resist yesterdays Box of Chocolates Miller?  Wasn't he gorgeous?   Kitty Love London is the preview release for today and I was lucky enough to get her to demo for you!  I fell in love with her the moment I saw her!!

I wanted to keep the card clean and simple and just concentrate mainly on the image.  For some reason the 'monochrome' colour scheme just screamed at me for this but it needed a touch of colour and obviously with it being a valentine image the colour had to be red.

I printed the image in 'draft' to keep the lines very light and then coloured London in using my Ice grey 1-5 promarkers.  I think it gives a real 'pencil sketch' look.  Yes it took HOURS but I am thrilled with how she looks.

The card is just finished off with simple matting and layering, Tando Creative bunting coloured and decorated and three heart shaped pearls.

Don't forget to pop over to Simply B Stamps today and for the rest of the week to see the amazing creations the DT have come up with for this and the rest of the previews.

They are a very talented bunch of ladies!
