I know its hard to believe but we are meant to be in spring now!! Maybe if we keep making pretty spring things and wishing it was here we might see a change in the weather soon..... who knows!!
Over at MIC we are celebrating spring by 'hopping' through a few of our blogs trying to get into the 'Spring' of things!!

I had some fun with one of my favourite MIC backgrounds here..... This is Daffodil Dell ... I use this loads! It is a great digi to have in your collection. Now I was very brave and tried something new that I had been putting off for a while and surprisingly enough it was easier than I thought..... maybe that is because Tracy from Crafteezee has written the best tutorial on doing this!!
I merged the digital background with 'Tilda with Big Tulip pot'..... she is one of my newest magnolias and you all know my slight obsession with them!! The paper I used for the rolled flowers and the butterflies was made using a mixture of Turquoise Blue, Fully Purple and Sweet Pea Tattered Angels Cosmic Shimmer sprays. I then used the 'On the edge' Butterflight die from Tim Holts and a rolled rose die.
I then used two MIC Delicate Corner and four stems from the Butterfly Leaves chipboards and coloured them with some coloured pencils. I finished this off with the antique paper distress ink and some perfect pearls.
Colours used
Copics
Skin- E50, E51, E53 and E13
Hair - YR31, E31, E33 and E35
Top - V20, V22 and V25
Jeans - B93, B95, B97 and B99
Pot- E08 and E15
Daffodils- YR23, Y11, Y17 and Y19
Grass- YG45, YG67, YG97 and YG99
