Simply B Stamps, NEW RELEASE, NORSE GODS

Its time for a new release from SBS and this time the inspiration comes from the 

NORSE GODS!

Now these stamps will make such fabulous birthday cards for boys and girls.

To start of with we have probably the most well known of the Gods....this is 

Christian Thor

In Norse mythology, Thor (from Old Norse Þórr) is a hammer-wielding god associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, the protection of mankind, and also hallowing, healing and fertility.

Our second introduction today goes to 

Lokie Jude

Loki's relation with the gods varies by source. Loki sometimes assists the gods and sometimes causes problems for them. Loki is a shape shifter and in separate incidents he appears in the form of a salmon, mare, seal, a fly, and possibly an elderly woman.

Simply B Stamps, SCC, Full / Autumn Challenge

Welcome to our first challenge for November........  

No need to panic this is nothing quite as intense as the 13 days of Halloween were, but I must say you girls did great!!!

Well this challenge is all about Fall, or for us British girls, Autumn!!

we would like you to use the gorgeous rich tones that are seen at this time of year.

I had a bit of fun making this card after hearing about Corinne and her leaf saga i thought this would be appropriate!!   The tag line comes from a Garfield cartoon that one of the SBS ladies posted in the facebook fan group.  It was just perfect!!!

I have also used two images from different years!!  First we have Fall Chris from this years Fall teen scene collection and then we have Oscar, Pile of Leaves from last years Jude and the Rockers fall set.

I did want to use real autumn leaves but unfortunately everything is very wet and soggy out there!!!
